I’m a day behind for Doctober, but I managed to find “The Invasion” on Youtube and started watching it earlier this afternoon.
Animation for Part 1 is gorgeous, being that it’s the same studio that made “The Infinate Quest”, so the characters seem a bit still in some places, but it’s just great that part was animated and not in still frames. It just makes the story so much more engaging (at least to me, so far. I haven’t seen a full still frame serial yet).
Two, you are perfect. And I love you for that. :3

Zoe, you are awesome for making a computer blow right the fuck up by using your brain.
Also, I couldn’t help but laugh at: “Oh, look, Jamie. Sandwiches!” OMNOMNOM. :D Most random thing I’ve seen so far in early Classic Who, in terms of out of place scenes.
And when the newly appointed!Brigadier showed up on screen *and mentioned about UNIT), I couldn’t help but tear up a little but in the coffee shop, but I was actually crying a lot on the inside since it was just a few days that the finale mentioned him and his/Nicholas Courtney’s passing. ;A;
(The Brig seems a bit more cheerful in this serial than in later stories, isn’t he?)

Zoe’s laugh is so aborbs. Too bad that most of Two’s serials are lost…I would have loved to have seen this and The Highlanders in full motion.
